Join the Rolling Rock Hunt for a summer Hunter Pace in the beautiful Ligonier valley. Whether you're a veteran 'pacer' or new to the world of cross-country riding, you can come out and have fun with us as you walk, trot, canter, and gallop over more than five-miles of well-marked trails!

This 4 – 5 miles long course will be paced as if you were actually foxhunting that day. The team that comes closest to the “ideal” time wins! The ideal pace will be determine by the huntsman on the day of the pace, based on the weather and other conditions that would impact the speed of an actual foxhunt! Tip: The fastest team is not always the winner!
First Flight: The “First Flight” division is a jumping division at a somewhat faster pace. Jumps consist of natural wood obstacles such as logs, coops, post-n-rail, panels and brush. Most of the jumps range in height from 2’0”-2’6”, some of the fences have a high/low option.
Second Flight: The “Second Flight” division follows the same course as First Flight, but with a slightly slower pace to allow riders to go around the jumps. “Second Flight” riders are allowed to jump fences at their own discretion, however jumping is not required.
Hilltopper: The “Hilltopper” division is for riders who enjoy a more leisurely pace of mostly walking and trotting. The “Hilltopper” division will be over a shorter course consisting of mostly rolling fields and a small patch of woods.
